Counseling or “talk therapy” is recommended to anyone who may have a concern that they would like to work through – whether it may be about their health, relationships, family, academics, work, career, direction, friendships, organizations, and many more. Counseling or psychotherapy can be beneficial to work through the content with a professional. Therapy is also recommended for any sign of mental distress in an individual. 

Counseling sessions usually run for 60 minutes in a private space. All counseling sessions are strictly confidential by law. The practitioner uses a mix of Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Rogerian, Jungian, and Hypnosis techniques in therapy. Cases that have been handled previously are anxiety, depression, eating disorders, weight loss, and other chronic diseases (liver failure, diabetes).
